Welcome to Raeelifashion. We want you to have a great shopping experience. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully.

1. Parcel Opening Video Requirement

To protect both the customer and our store, an uncut parcel opening video is required for any refund or exchange request.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

  • The shipping label must be visible in the video.

  • The video must be recorded on the same day the order is delivered.

⚠️ Without an uncut parcel opening video, refund or exchange requests cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Refund / Exchange Cases

Refund or exchange will only be accepted in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Missing item in the package

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within the required time.

3. Request Time

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send the following details:

  • Order number

  • Parcel opening video

  • Clear photos of the product received

Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests will be approved only after verification of the issue.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories must be intact

Once approved, replacement will be shipped according to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned without parcel opening video

  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective or wrong item received)

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the product is shipped.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
