Refund & Exchange Policy – Raeeli Fashion

  1. Uncut Parcel Opening Video Required

  • Customer must record an uncut/unedited parcel opening video from start to end.

  • Video must be made on the same day of delivery.

  • Without uncut video, no refund / exchange request will be accepted.

  1. Eligible Issues
    Refund/Exchange is accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged/defective product received

  • Missing item in the parcel

  1. Request Time

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and images.

  1. Refund Timeline

  • After verification and approval, refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange will be approved only after verification.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products / washed products are not eligible.

  • Sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return/exchange.
